InnoRoute announces the strategic decision to divert the business model from IP Core licensing to hardware construction. We want to provide a platform for research and teaching purposes that embodies the learnings from our funding project activities.
This product shall be called TrustNode.
Existing commercial systems barely allow customization and usually offer proprietary configuration languages and operating systems. Available research platforms often require manual assembly and maker skills. The TrustNode Research Edition shall provide the best balance between readiness and configurability.
To realize this as a hardware solution InnoRoute applies a processor accelerated FPGA structure that makes use of software defined networking.

InnoRoute solutions target fixed and mobile networks, especially at the network edges, where fast fiber network backbone ends in many small bandwidth channels.
